All the look of an antique bonnetiére (armoire for bonnets, hats), but this one is vintage rather than antique. I'd say perhaps mid-1900s. It's carved nicely and has all the right details. Someone has put lighting on the underside of each wooden shelf inside so you could certainly use it to display your collections. I think it would be fabulous in a Master or guest bath, holding beautiful towels all folded and at the ready, perhaps a shelf of vanity and bath items. You'll find the perfect spot for it. Measurements are on the photos. I found it in an LA/Beverly Hills estate sale. Lock is there, complete with key, and only needs the little lock plate on inside for it to catch and hold. Will have Rick look at it, probably find one to replace it.
Very good to excellent vintage rather than antique, a few rubs to the finish which can be easily touched up to bring it to excellent. Charming styling, nicely carved, we've shown you the back so you can see that it's not antique but is 'vintage', and also see that someone has installed lighting on the underside of each shelf. Chicken wire rather than glass (of course) and in great condition but maybe one or 2 tiny flaws to it which you'd have a hard time finding. NOTE: That final photo is AI created and it made the bonnetiére slightly wider than it really is. Measurements are on the photos.
